Shipping Information

As you checkout at russellmackenna.com, depending what you purchase, you may be given a choice about shipping:

White Glove Delivery

We use a white glove delivery service for all of our non-Maryland, residential furniture deliveries. A friendly two-man professional team will deliver the order to your home, place the furniture in the appropriate room(s) and assemble where necessary (beds, tables, cribs, etc.). Our white glove shipping rates are based on total order weight and shipping zone. Your order specific shipping rates will appear in your shopping cart after you enter your shipping address, but before you enter your credit card information. 

Warehouse Pick Up

You can always opt to pick up an order for FREE at our Warehouse. We recommend that you bring plenty of blankets to wrap your furniture in. Our staff will gladly help you load it into your vehicle

Corporate Delivery (Anne Arundel County, MD only)

If you live in Anne Arundel County, it's your lucky day because we do too! We will personally bring the furniture to your home (using our lime green trailer), into the rooms the furniture will live in and assemble all beds, tables and cribs for you. All of our other furniture is pre-assembeled. The delivery fee is 3% of the purchase price with a minimum of $65.

UPS (standard)

Non-furniture items (paint chips, fabric swatches, photo frames, etc.) will ship UPS ground. In some cases we can expedite samples, so please call (or email) Customer Service at 866-366-3505 for details. For small accessory pieces, such as mirrors or chairs, you may be given the option of shipping via UPS or white glove. Depending where you live, one may be more cost effective than the other.

Up to $50  = $5.00

$50.01 - $100 = $15

$100.01 - $200 = $20

$200.01 and over = 10%

$3,000 and over = 8% 

$5,000 and over = 5%
