HOW TO BUY OUR FURNITURE
Please call or email
us to find the dealer or showroom closest to you. If there is not
retailer near you, we are happy to make arrangements for delivery
from Maryland.
SHIPPING
We work with shipping companies for
deliveries beyond our local delivery area. A Customer Care associate
will call when your order is ready to ship and will work with you
to arrange delivery to your home. Our delivery partner will call
you a day before delivery to confirm a delivery time. Shipping
costs vary from state to state usually running about 11-16% depending
on the value and weight of the shipment.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Russell & Mackenna warrants its
furniture to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
RETURNS
We guarantee the
consistent high quality and craftsmanship of our products.
If a product you purchased at Russell & Mackenna
arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned
within 10 days of delivery date for full refund of purchase price and
sales tax. Note that you will be required to pay return postage and
handling via a shipper who insures and tracks packages. Merchandise
must be in its original condition and be accompanied by all receipts.
Upon receipt, your return will be processed by Russell & Mackenna
within 5 business days and credited to your original method
of payment.
PRIVACY POLICY
Russell & Mackenna makes every effort to bring you the
highest quality furniture and service. We ask our customers
to fill out an order form which includes information such
as e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, etc. This
information is used solely to fulfill your order and send company
information to you. Russell & Mackenna may pass your address on to your local
Russell & Mackenna dealer, but will not share your personal information
with anyone outside Russell & Mackenna. From time to time
we will contact you with information regarding sales, limited time
offers and other pertinent information about Russell & Mackenna.
